You can use a portable dock ramp with loading and unloading of trailers, railcars, or docks. A self-contained, double-acting hydraulic pump adjusts the yardramp to the right position. You can be ready to load or unload freight in very little time. There are 18-inch solid rubber tires that provide for easy positioning and towing. You get excellent traction with the open serrated steel grating while preventing snow, water, and debris build-up. The beveled approach provides a safe and smooth transition. If your purpose is in truck or railcar to ground, a 36' unit including a level off would be best. For quick loading from warehouse dock to ground, a 30' straight designed warehouse dock ramp will work best.
You may also want other dock equipment such as a tow bar, ramp clamp, either is provided with the ramp. Standard equipment includes the Hydraulic Pump and Steel Undercarriage for raising and lowering the unit. If your warehouse is without a warehouse dock ramp, ask us about using a portable dock ramp by calling us at 800-969-8175. |
